in the age of digital tickets, i’ve started making my own quick, personal concert posters as a keepsake… (cheaper than a real poster, and i’ve already got too many t-shirts)… it started with matthew sweet in 2017… as you can see, i’ve slowly started working backwards for shows before that… * and with any luck, they might be giants will have a whole 19 poster series of flood songs by the next show in sept 2022 (note – i didn’t)
so, i DID end up doing a VERY LIMITED print run book collecting the first 30 or so posters (with notes, prelims, set lists, photos and more)… i’ll probably bring a few copies to conventions this year and have them available over in the store until they’re gone. (and after that, maybe volume 2…)
